Dining at Orchard Lake
A talented culinary staff is headed by Executive Chef Mark Dixon and an outstanding Executive Sous Chef Richard King. The pastry department is headed by Richard Wolfram. The creative menus and commitment to quality have distinguished Orchard Lake Country Club over the years.
The Club offers casual, fine dining, banquet, catering and Lake House dining. Menu and special events are expertly planned and executed. The exceptional wine list has been a tradition for Orchard Lake Members to enjoy over the years. Wine Tasting events are very popular events on the Spring and Fall calendars. A Wine tasting party called "Wine & Nine" utilizes the golf course and special selected wines at strategically located greens on the golf course.
The dining room and bar service staff are expertly trained, and provide every attention to detail. Their friendly and personalized service standards have long been appreciated by members and guests.
Private parties and events are planned with the professional assistance of Diane Fillion, Catering Director.
